TailorCV Terms of Service

By using TailorCV (“the App”), you agree to these Terms.

Service Description

TailorCV uses AI to help you tailor resumes to job descriptions, generate cover letters, and optimize for Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Subscriptions

• TailorCV Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription.
• Pricing and billing periods are displayed in the App at the point of purchase and may vary by region.
• Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Payments are charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• We do not provide refunds; refunds are issued solely by Apple under Apple’s refund policy.

Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, your subscription will auto-renew at the full listed price after the trial ends, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App to generate false or misleading information about your qualifications or work history.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App.
• Use the App to harass, defame, or harm any individual or organization.
• Submit content you do not have the right to use.

AI Output Disclaimer

TailorCV uses AI to suggest resume improvements. AI-generated text is based on your input but may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing all output before submitting any resume or application. We do not guarantee that using TailorCV will result in interviews or job offers.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any content you submit. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

The App itself, including its design, code, and branding, remains our property.

Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, except where such limitations are prohibited by law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated through the App or by email.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye.
